The successful Accounts Assistant will be joining a small and friendly team where you will work closely with the Management Accountant as well as support the Accounts Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Support to both Sales and Purchase ledgers including account queries and unallocated payments escalations
- Accruals, prepayments and depreciation journals. month-end duties and Monthly Account preparation
- VAT Reports
- Holiday cover for Credit Control and Purchase Ledger workloads as required
- Audit support and preparation
What you’ll need:
- Experience of Accruals, Pre-payments and multi-currency Bank Reconciliations
- Ability to work and progress in a fast paced, commercially focused business.
