As Apprenticeship Manager, you’ll work alongside the Director of People and Learning to develop Apprenticeship Programs and create a strategy that will support the future growth of the business.

What you’ll need

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of regulations and requirements surrounding the delivery of all apprenticeships
  • Experience within an employer provider would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in managing or implementing an apprenticeship program within a business would be desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management

Other Information

  • Up to £50k – £65k basic + 10% bonus

This role would may suit a Training Manager who has had the experience of implementing programs in an organisation or someone in a capacity of Apprenticeship Delivery, Apprenticeship Consultant or Apprenticeship Strategy
