We’re looking for B2B Account Manager who favours developing and fostering relationships over cold sales.

The role will be a hybrid of Customer Experience and Relationship Management and would be perfect for a true “people person”.

What you’ll be doing:
As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll work within a supportive and friendly office environment and take responsibility for managing relationships with an existing portfolio of Trade Accounts, including electrical wholesales are retailers.
Within the role, you’ll rebuild relationships with lapsed accounts, and proactively engage with current customers to nurture relationships and maximum sales.
What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within a B2B Sales or Account Management
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel (data and formulas) 
  • Experience dealing with trade, electrical or construction would be an advantage
  • A natural ability to build rapport with customers and the ability to understand their needs.

Other Info:

  • Salary £27,000 – £32,000 Basic (due to the nature of the role, this is not a commission-based position).
  • Monday to Thursday 08:45 – 17:00 – Friday 16:00 finish
