As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll:
- Provide great customer service to clients via telephone and emailPro-actively support clients with IT and software issues
- Work closely with various internal technical teams to investigate and resolve more complex issues
If you’ve got previous experience in a customer service or technical support role and have a keen interest in web, digital, IT, Tech or software development then we’d love to hear from you.
