As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Communicate with customers via telephone, web chat, and email.
  • Handle all inbound inquiries, cases, and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure prompt and successful resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide consistent support, guidance, and advice to customers.
