Reporting to the Director, you’ll provide coaching and guidance to line managers, supporting ongoing projects, timesheets/payroll and most importantly being that HR presence, looking out for the employees and helping to take stress away from the line managers.

The candidate

  • Experience in an HR generalist role
  • The ability to develop and advise on policies, procedures, and processes.
  • CIPD qualified to Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

Other Information:

  • Salary: Up to £30,000 (pro rata)
  • Working Hours: 25 P/W
  • Working Pattern: Ideally looking for hours to be split across 4 days but there may be some flexibility.
  • Holidays: 28 Days Holidays (Including Bank Holidays) + Holiday increase with length of service
  • Free Parking
