J&M Building Solutions is experiencing significant expansion and, thanks to securing substantial contracts, is currently searching for a committed plasterer to become a valued team member on a permanent, full-time basis.

Working closely in a team environment with other trades people, you must be able to hit the ground running and provide a great service and finished product for the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality plastering work in residential/commercial properties.
• Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and applying bonding agents if necessary.
• Apply plaster, including base coats, topcoats, and finishing coats, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Repair and patch damaged or uneven surfaces as required.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians, to ensure smooth project completion.
