The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be joining a super-friendly team and an organisation that offers stability, growth and a supportive culture.

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will join their small but growing finance team to take ownership of Purchase and Sales ledger and payment administration duties, including:

  • Validating, posting, allocating, and reconciling invoices, payments & credits
  • Validating bank details and reviewing payment terms
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements
  • Keeping internal systems updated with accurate, timely information as required
  • Providing financial reports as required
