As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own the independents channel across the North West and North East, strengthening existing accounts and driving new business. The role is hands-on and field-based, with regular customer visits to present samples and ranges, secure new listings, and open new stockists across garden centres, independent home retailers, small stores and regional multiples.
 
What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in field sales/territory sales/area sales (ideally selling products into retail)
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach, comfortable presenting ranges and discussing product options
  • Any experience in home furnishings, textiles, homewares, interiors, or similar is a strong advantage
  • Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)

Other Info

  • Up to £40,000 basic + commission (uncapped) – OTE circa £50,000
  • Company car
  • Field-based across the North, with monthly office visit
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

This position may suit a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Field Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Account Manager with experience selling product-led ranges into retail / independent stockists (homewares, interiors, textiles, flooring, or similar).
