We’re recruiting on behalf of a company that is looking to add an experienced complaints handler to their small quality and complaints team, where you will be given the opportunity to resolve escalations and ensure the company’s quality standards are upheld with tasks such as reviews and audits.

As a Senior Complaints Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for investigating complaints, liaising with relevant departments, and ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
