We’re recruiting on behalf of an established and successful family run business who are currently experiencing an impressive period of growth.

They are looking for an experienced Operations / Contact Centre Manager to help manage and develop their Contact Centre in line with growth plans, and implement processes and measures focused on increasing efficiency and delivering the best possible service.

Within the role, you’ll get the opportunity to make a real impact of the day to day operations of the Contact Centre and wider business.

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience within a Contact Centre Management / Operational role
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a growing team in a changing operation
  • Demonstratable experience developing and implementing successful contact centre strategies
  • The ability to engage with and influence at all levels

Other information:

Salary: £40k – £45k (Depending Upon Experience) + Bonus Structure

Holidays: 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
