Working within the Customer Service department, you’ll promote excellent Customer Service by offering consistent support, guidance and advice to customers, offering the most time and cost appropriate solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to talk to customers, developed through previous telephone-based Customer Service experience. You’ll also have experience responding to queries and delivering exceptional service via email and online chat.
40 Hours per week, shifts can vary between 08:00am – 18:30pm
Salary – £18,000 – £20,000
