We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent entrepreneurial business who truly value their people and the culture they’re creating.

As an Office Administrator you will be working as part of a small friendly team and be responsible for the inputting of orders onto the system, responding to customer queries as well as monitoring stock levels and performing general administration duties.

*Applicants must have a driving licence and access to their own transport*

What you’ll need:

  • Team player with a can-do attitude, able to work autonomously if/when required.
  • Effective in both written and verbal communications.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage varying workload.
  • Experience working with internal computer systems / software.
  • Previous experience of working within an administration role is desirable.

As an Office Administrator you’ll:

  • Input customers / clients orders onto the internal system.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Act as point of contact for couriers and customers.
  • Monitoring stock levels and informing 3rd party clients of potential issues.
  • Performing general administration duties, filing and photocopying, ordering and managing office supplies.

Other information:

  • Salary – Up to £19,500 depending on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Holidays: 28 Days including Bank Holidays (+1 additional holiday for every year’s service up to a maximum of 25)
