My role at Logic Resourcing is to ensure the entire recruitment process runs smoothly and is stress-free from the beginning to the end for both our client and the candidates. Approachable, trustworthy, energetic, and honest, I have experience in a variety of sectors, from industrial to sales.
Life before Logic:
I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for 15 years, starting off as a branch administrator and working my way through to business development and sales. I’ve learned about the industry from the inside out and from the bottom up. I love my job and the personal satisfaction that you get from helping businesses and candidates into new careers and happy workplaces!
Why I do what I do:
When I first began my career in recruitment, I quickly learned that helping people into work felt pretty amazing. I caught the recruitment bug and wanted more.
After working my way up to consultant, I’d began keeping an eye on Logic Resourcing; they were very quickly becoming ones to watch. When the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance to become a member of the team.
I really resonate with Logic’s values and ethos. We have the passion, drive and determination that make us a truly amazing, unique recruitment company.
What I do outside of work:
I have a 6-year-old son so most of my spare time is family time. Holidays, camping, day trips here and there, exploring, walking and trips to the seaside to name a few. When I can be a proper grown-up, I’m mostly found either on the settee catching up with Netflix or taking part in eating and drinking at a licenced establishment. More recently, it’s generally been the settee.
