My role at Logic:

My official title is Managing Partner, but I’ve never been a ‘title hugger’. I class myself as a grass roots recruiter and very much get involved in the entire recruitment process, from start to finish.

Life before Logic:

I’ve spent the majority of my career working within internal recruitment for national brands across retail, sales and hospitality.

I’ve also set up and managed recruitment functions in both the private and public sectors. This has given me a fantastic understanding of what business and hiring managers want (and don’t want) from a recruitment process.

Why I do what I do:

I love recruitment but I believe it’s important to do things properly. At Logic Resourcing, I’m able to use my commercial experience along with my knowledge of internal recruitment to offer a service that removes all the frustrations and hassle associated with most other agencies. Having a laugh along the way also helps!

What I do outside of work:

Aside from spending time with family and friends, I balance my love for eating (everything from a home-cooked steak and ale pie to chicken jalfrezi or a lump of Stilton) with my passion for being active. Martial arts, football, snowboarding, going to the gym are all things that make me tick.
