A critical appointment for our business following the retirement of our long-standing UK Sales Manager. 

As a Netherlands-based company specialising in adhesives for the food manufacturing industry, it was essential to find the right person to grow our UK market while preserving our trusted relationships with key clients, including major brands in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

The role was particularly important as the UK Sales Manager would be the most senior person in the UK, effectively operating in a stand-alone capacity while representing the face of our business to key clients. In addition to strong sales experience, the role required a technical background. The successful candidate needed to understand machine principles and adhesive applications, particularly within the food manufacturing and packaging industries. They would be responsible for formulating solutions based on the customer’s production process, substrate, and machinery setup — and may need to collaborate with our product development team in the Netherlands to develop new solutions where necessary.
