As some of you may know, at the beginning of the year I enrolled to become a Voluntary Enterprise Advisor. Over the last 8 months, it’s been amazing to work alongside the Careers and Enterprise Company and the Leadership Team at Kidsgrove Secondary School, to support their Careers Programme.
On Friday 2nd July, Team Logic descended upon Kidsgrove High to put their year 10 pupils through their paces by facilitating a mock Recruitment Assessment Centre and interview session for the entire year group.
There was Lots of fun, anticipation, and a little bit of competitive edge, but most importantly, the pupils gained some great learning outcomes and a taste of what to expect during an interview process.
