Nathan Kingsbury

My role at Logic:

As a recruitment manager at Logic Resourcing, it’s my job to take the stress out of recruitment and make things easy for both our clients and the candidates. I’ve got a particular flair for recruitment across commercial, sales, and customer service roles.

Life before Logic:

I’ve spent the majority of my career working for one of the largest online gaming companies in the world. I was tasked with filling numerous vacancies within the operation over the years, which gave me a real buzz. It solidified my decision to change career paths and move into recruitment full time.

Why I do what I do:

At the beginning of my career in recruitment, I wanted to join a company who championed their clients and support them from start to finish. Hence why Logic Resourcing was a no-brainer! They offer a personal touch which is rare in this industry, providing a much-needed change of pace. I’m able to apply my experience and skills in an independent, homegrown business to help us grow even more.

What I do outside of work:

When I’m not running after my toddler, I enjoy hacking my way around a golf course and a few pints down the local pub.
