“I had been struggling to recruit Sales Executives for key roles that were instrumental in helping us grow off-field revenue, particularly through corporate hospitality and venue sales. The role had been open for around six months, and the quality of applications we were receiving through direct channels just wasn’t meeting the brief.

 

We were looking for candidates with either venue or hospitality sales experience, or individuals with the kind of standout personality needed to engage a room, someone who could confidently represent the club and our brand in the best possible light. Despite engaging several recruitment agencies, we were still not seeing the calibre of candidates we needed, which is why we decided to partner with Logic Resourcing in November 2023.
